With over 20 years interim management experience across multiple different industries Andy Moyes is an experienced interim that delivers supply chain change. His specific experience is in supply chain transformations with particular skills in designing and deploying integrated business planning (S&OP) and the programme management of ERP implementations.

S&OP Deployment (1) 

Engaged to deploy S&OP into FTSE 100 pharmaceticual business with a particular focus on deploying Demand Review Meetings into 35 European countries along with a regional S&OP Exec. Meeting. Facilitated kick-off meetings in countries to engage General Managers and their teams in the process, and agree the approach to deployment, then supporting the teams through the change.

ERP Programme Management

Engaged on interim basis to lead in-house teams and turn around an ERP implementation in a high tech engineering business. Collaborated with stakeholders to gauge challenges; introduced reporting, governance, timelines, sign-off process; adopted agile methods; introduced team mood board and graduate talent to the team; and engaged a Change Consultant to support the team in developing skills to support themselves and others through the change. Handed the programme and a confident delivery focused team back to the business.

Supply Chain Transformation

Engaged as interim Project Manager in a leading supplier of building materials to the construction industry to work with the team to turnaround a supply chain transformation project to rebuild confidence in the ability to deliver.  Introduced agile working and project reporting; trained/supported project team; shared vision with those impacted by the change; empowered talented team members with additional responsibilities; and integrated suppliers into the team. Re-invigorated project developed project team capabilities and delivered on time

S&OP Deployment (2)

Engaged to lead a team of 4 in the deployment of S&OP across 100 mining sites across Europe and Russia. Developed the deployment plan and approach, working with senior stakeholders. Kicked-off deployment in sites, working with the them to establish the process and way of working.
